TIPS FOR LIVING HEALTHY HAPPY

 Always look at the brighter and positive side of things. Don’t let your mind drag you to think about negativity.
 Think of solutions and not problems.
 Listen to relaxing, uplifting music.
 Laugh a lot, watch funny comedies.
 Each day, devote some time to reading a few pages of an inspiring book or article.
 Keep yourself away from negative thoughts. Think of pleasant things and situations.
 Always look at what you have done and not what you haven’t Plan to do limited and accomplish it, rather planning a lot and ending up frustrated.
 Each day do something good for yourself. Like buying a book, eating your favorite dish, watching favorite movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
 Each day do at least one act to make others happy. Passing a kind word, helping colleagues, stopping your car to let people cross, giving seat someone else, or gifting your loved ones. Make others happy and be happy in return.
 Always expect happiness.
 Do not envy people who are happy. On the contrary, be happy for their happiness.
 Happiness is contagious, associate with happy people, and try to learn to be happy.
 Keep smiling in all circumstances.
