Each day do something good for yourself. Like buying a book, eating your favorite dish, watching favorite movie, or just having a stroll on the beach.
Each day do at least one act to make others happy. Passing a kind word, helping colleagues, stopping your car to let people cross, giving seat someone else, or gifting your loved ones. Make others happy and be happy in return.
Always expect happiness.
Do not envy people who are happy. On the contrary, be happy for their happiness.
Happiness is contagious, associate with happy people, and try to learn to be happy.
